Originally from East Texas, Jamie has called the DFW area home for over 30 years. She is a licensed Occupational Therapist with more than three decades of experience across a wide range of medical settings, giving her a strong understanding of patient care, clinical workflows, and healthcare operations, along with deep expertise in the insurance and medical billing industry.
She is known for her tenacious work ethic, strong problem-solving skills, and unwavering commitment to her clients. Jamie takes a client-first approach, combining clear communication with industry expertise to help providers navigate the complexities of insurance and practice operations. Her work is rooted in organization, reliability, and long-term relationships.
As a proud single mother of three young adult children, Jamie has developed a natural ability to adapt, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities with ease. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her family.

After transitioning into the medical billing field, Terrie has developed a solid understanding of billing processes and takes pride in supporting providers through the financial side of their practice with reliability and care. Her work is rooted in organization, consistency, and a dedication to getting things done right.
As a mother of three grown children, Terrie has a natural ability to balance responsibilities and stay focused in fast-paced environments. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, working in her garden and spending quality time with her family.
